Queen Charlotte Concierge
The Hearst Tower offers a concierge service to all Hearst Tower tenants. Services range from coordination of catered lunches or events, handling personal shopping and gift wrapping, sending baskets and florals, purchasing tickets, arranging shuttle/taxi service, and planning parties to delivering documents. A representative is on site from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. Mondays - Fridays. Queen Charlotte is located in the skywalk between the Hearst Tower and Founders Hall. These discounted tickets are available to all tenants of the Herast Tower. Please have your building ID or employee ID card handy when making your purchase. A one (1) week notice is necessary for large quantity orders. Queen Charlotte can also be reached by calling (704) 386-2502.
